Rabbi date is semiarid so it can be kept at room temperature. This date has got dark colored, almost black but a little red, and shiny.
Rabbi dates are in different sizes. Of good quality has about 4 to 5 cm long and its core can be easily brought. Another variety of Rabbi is smaller and much drier. This date has moderate sweetness and flavor is such that if it is roasted.
